Since 2020, twice each year, FE and HE leaders in West London meet (with coordination from the Chair of the WL College Principals Group and Chair of WLUP) to maximise alignment across the education eco-system.   

This has led to:

• Joined up working on the Local Skills Improvement Plan.
• Progression Pathway Agreement being established between many local FE and HE institutions.
• Cross sector engagement in the development and delivery of West London’s skills hubs.
• Development of a collaborative approach to modular learning that could be implimented with support from reformed Apprenticeship (Growth & Skills) Levy and LLE.
